What happens after I purchase my pass? How do I pick it up?

Your season pass purchase is entered into our computer system at the time of your purchase. Starting October 13, 2018, you can stop by our office anytime – we will be open 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – to have your season pass photo taken. At that time, you complete the Season Pass Agreement.

If you had a season pass for the 2017-18 season that you loaded with Mohawk Money, please bring it with you. We’ll transfer your Mohawk Money onto your new 2018-19 season pass for your use.

If you are under the age of 18, your parent or guardian’s signature will be required. Please be sure to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the time of pickup.

We will deliver your season pass, customized with your photo, upon receipt of your correctly executed Season Pass Agreement. The entire process takes only a few minutes.
