TUBING FAQ’S
We encourage all visitors to please keep personal belongings in your vehicle. We do not offer bag check for tubing and we do not have lockers. Currently, we do not allow visitors to keep their belogings at tables, so take what you can fit in your coat pockets and leave everything else in your vehicle. Thank you for understanding!
We recommend arriving between 15 – 30 minutes before your scheduled session. This will allow you time to park, get your tubing rfid pass, and walk to the tubing area before your orientation begins.
No, you will access the top of the tubing hill by standing on our Surface Conveyors or “Magic Carpets.” They move at a steady pace to “lift” you up to the top of the tubing hill. Hang onto your tube and go from the bottom of the hill to the top in just a minute.
No, you may not wear a backpack or hold onto a purse while tubing. It will alter how you are able to sit in the tube.
At the beginning of the session there will be a brief introduction and orientation to help identify staff and explain how to use of the tubing facilities followed by time for questions to be answered.
No. We provide everyone with tubes and do not allow any other devices.
If you are not tubing, but wish to watch your child tube you do not need a tubing pass.
If your child is 12 & under you must remain on site.
You will be asked to sign an Acknowledgement & Assumption of risks and binding arbitration agreement at time of purchase.
YES! You should purchase your passes ahead of time online.
Waterproof snow pants are recommended since wearing 100% cotton clothing (jeans, sweatpants, leggings, etc.) will absorb moisture from snow and sweat. In addition, a warm hat, waterproof gloves, hiking or winter boots or waterproof shoes are necessary. Unacceptable footwear includes wedge boots, rain boots, sneakers, Ski boots, sandals. We offer a full retail shop for all of your winter needs!
We only allow one person per tube. No exceptions. We recommend children be 4+ years old.
Yes, every tuber will be required to purchase a reusable and reloadable RFID card to access the tubing area. It is a one-time purchase for $5. Keep secure in a zipped jacked pocket. If it is lost, you are required to replace it for an additional $5.
